Plant Powered Expo is delighted to welcome on board vegan strongman Patrik Baboumian, renowned for winning Germany’s Strongest Man in 2011 and also his recent appearance in The Game Changers movie (now available on Netflix), at their maiden event on February 1st 2nd 2020 at Olympia National.
Patrik Baboumian is one of the most vocal advocates for a plant-based nutrition in the athletic field, has having been vegetarian since 2005 and vegan since 2011. Having won Germany’s Strongest Man in 2011 amongst a long list of other accolades, Patrik has been proving that a balanced plant-based diet is the best nutritional base for a healthy life and athletic performance. Patrik has written two books on his approach to the plant based lifestyle and strength training and is on a permanent global speaking tour promoting the idea of veganism.
