Huge excitement all round as former Gillingham FC footballer Andy Ramage, who co-founded the world-leading behavioural change platform OneYearNoBeer.com (OYNB), will be appearing at Plant Powered Expo on both days of the event February 1st 2nd 2020 at Olympia National.
Andy is a former professional footballer at Gillingham FC, who after injury cut short his career he went on to create two multimillion-dollar city brokerages. After reaching traditional “success” Andy was left unfit, unhealthy, overweight, stressed and unhappy. He believed there had to be another way. So he set out on a quest to study peak performance, behavioural change and well-being. As part of this adventure Andy unlocked a motivational system that helped him transform his relationship with alcohol, move to a plant-based diet, lose 3 stone in weight, and even reverse heart disease.
Inspired, Andy co-founded OYNB, which is a 28,90 or 365-day alcohol-free challenge. OYNB has inspired over 100,000 people to transform their relationship with alcohol and power up their life.
He is now on a mission to show people how to transform their diets. Andy’s second book ‘Let’s Do This’ is available now.
Andy also has a MSc in coaching psychology and positive psychology and is currently exploring a PhD. Andy’s unique background, education and experience make him one of the world’s leading behavioural change & peak performance experts.
Andy is LIVE daily on both the @AndyRamageOfficial
Instagram and Facebook pages inspiring over 100,000 followers. *You can also listen to Andy on the Rich Roll podcast and Dr Rangan Chatterjee podcasts.
